What you should bring

Apart from bringing the obvious things such as your computer, monitor, and periphery, you should also bring paraphernalia such as a multicontact plug and a LAN cable. You may plug in one multicontact plug at your seat and get one switch port. The farther you sit away from the switch, the longer you LAN cable should be. While a 2m-cable should sufice for the closer spots, seats that are farther away may need a 5m or even 20m cable.

Alternatively, you can comfortably rent equipment (even some extra comfy gaming chairs!). Find all information about equipment rental on our rental side.

How fast is the internet?

We cannot give a definitive answer to that because it depends on how much capacity is used. Premium ticket holders will have a LAN network speed of 1 Gbit/s while holders of regular tickets will enjoy 100 Mbit/s LAN network speed.

Hardware Check-in

Computers and monitors your bring have to be checked in. You'll find the check-in points directly at the entrance. We will register your devices and give them a barcode sticker. When you check out, your devices will be checked out as well. In doing so, try to minimize the risk of theft and misunderstandings.

To ensure a smooth process, please fill out this form in advance as it will reduce waiting times on site.

Parking

Parking Options for LAN Visitors

Parking for LAN visitors (for Festival visitors see further below) is available at P31, P32, and P33. These parking areas are located near the LAN area in Hall 11, but outside the main convention grounds.

Parking Ticket Options

There are two discounted parking ticket options, depending on the length of your stay:

  • 3-day parking ticket for 24 EUR
  • 4-day parking ticket for 32 EUR

Please note that discounted parking tickets are only available online and must be purchased prior to the event. The ticket can only be purchased by the same Vivenu account that has already purchased a LAN ticket or currently has a LAN ticket in their shopping cart.

Parking Options for Festival Visitors

Parking for Festival visitors is available at P34 and P35. These parking areas are located near the Festival area in Hall 13. For Festival visitors, we do not offer a pre-sale for parking tickets.

Parking Fee Festival:

  • Day ticket for cars: €7
  • Day ticket for vans: €8

Vans may only park on P35, while cars can be parked both on P34 and P35.

Arrival and Unloading

To unload your vehicle, please enter through the South Gate 2 to access the convention grounds. Drive to the loading and unloading zone at Hall 11 and temporarily park your vehicle there. During check-in at Hall 11, you can exchange your digital parking ticket, which you will receive via email, for a physical parking pass.

Since space in the loading and unloading zone is limited, please park only as long as necessary to unload your equipment and complete the check-in. This will help ensure a smooth and quick check-in process for all LAN participants.

Parking in Designated Areas

After unloading, place your parking pass visibly behind your windshield and park your vehicle at P31, P32, or P33.

Important Information

[]Vehicles with trailers, trucks, caravans, and motorhomes are not permitted. []Overnight stays in vehicles parked in the parking areas are prohibited.
