How do I get tickets?

How many tickets can be purchased for each person?
You are allowed to purchase up to 30 tickets for the festival or BYOC LAN.


Is it possible to refund tickets?
There is no right of withdrawal, return, cancellation or exchange for Gamevasion 2024, meaning that every ticket purchase is binding immediately after the purchase process has been completed.


What kind of ticket categories are available?
- One-day tickets and family tickets for Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Festival pass with access to the entire festival area.
- LAN tickets with access to the LAN area and the festival grounds.


What are the opening hours of the festival?
Friday and Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.


What are the age restrictions?
The festival area may be entered from the age of 12 and up, the LAN area is permitted 18+. Minors will not be admitted even if accompanied by an adult.


When does the LAN take place?
Start: Thursday 10:00 a.m., End: Sunday 5:00 p.m.


Where does the festival take place?
The festival, including B2B, VIP and press areas, will take place in Hall 13.


Where does the LAN take place?
The LAN area will be located in Hall 11.


Where can I get food and drinks?
There will be a kitchen and a food court with a snack bar in the LAN area. You can also use this area to prepare and eat your own food.


What kind of tournaments will take place?
Our overall goal is to offer a variety of community and prize money tournaments that run over several days. You will find a complete overview of all tournaments under LAN tournaments as soon as they have been announced.

What happens if only a few players register for a tournament?
We reserve the right not to hold LAN tournaments where we do not reach a certain minimum number of participants. We will communicate this on the respective tournament pages as well as rules sections. This applies equally to community tournaments and tournaments with non-cash prizes or prize money.


Am I allowed to sign up for several tournaments?
You can take part in as many tournaments as you like. Please bear in mind that some tournaments take place at the same time.


What kind of prizes are there to win?
All prize money is listed in the respective LAN tournaments. In total, there will once again be over 10,000 EUR in prize money and numerous non-cash prizes to be won at Gamevasion 2024.

Why does my own hardware have to be registered?
To avoid theft and misunderstandings, you must check in and check out your own hardware. You can find more information on this on our LAN info page.


My opponent is not present. What should I do?
Please create a support ticket. We will check the respective match and provide you with a defwin if necessary.


Will games be broadcasted?
Only tournaments whose finals are played on stage will be broadcasted.
