Magic: The Gathering Commander Play Area
For all Magic: The Gathering fans, we have a special highlight: our large Commander Play Area! Here, you can challenge other players, complete daily quests, and collect Prize Tix in every game, which you can trade for fantastic rewards.

Jenga Commander
Stacking towers meets Magic gameplay—are you brave enough to try?
In this fun format, every move in your game can cause unpredictable twists, all centered around a giant Jenga tower. Do you dare to play?
The schedule for Jenga Commander will be announced in the coming weeks.
Treachery Commander
Werewolf meets Commander
Up to six players can compete in this Commander format, with secret roles assigned in advance, each with unique objectives and win conditions. Who can you trust—and who should you take out first?
Treachery Commander will be available throughout the entire festival period (Fri - Sun). Special rules and role cards will be provided in the Commander Play Area in the designated section.

Experience the ultimate drafting fun with the Vintage Cube at Gamevasion! Dive into Magic's wildest format, where the most powerful cards of all time clash. Build legendary decks, surprise your friends, and feel the pure nostalgia and power of MTG! Are you ready for the Cube of all Cubes?
4 Wildcard slots will be raffled off to Gamevasion visitors, and you might even snag a few prizes in the process.
Jumpstart: Meet and Beat – Saturday, 11:00 AM
Take on MTGBlackset and the Commanderschmiede!
Commander meets Legacy, and today they’re facing you. Grab a partner and challenge Mark from MTGBlackset and Alex from Die Commanderschmiede in an epic showdown. Each team receives 4 random Jumpstart boosters (cards are not kept) and battles it out in a Two-Headed Giant match!
If you win, earn 50 Tix!
If you lose, you still get 20 Tix.

Another special feature is our Magic: The Gathering Content Creator Area, where daily streaming takes place! Experience your favorite MTG content creators live as they commentate exclusive games, participate in exciting matches, and share their impressions with the community.
We are convinced, this will offer a good variety and challenge for every type of player.
Please note
To participate in the Commander Play Area, you will need an "MTG Commander Ticket" or "MTG Commander Pro" ticket. A regular day or festival ticket is not sufficient. The Ticketed Play rounds must be booked separately with specific tickets.

How Do Prize Tix Work?
With a Commander Ticket, you’ll automatically receive 50 Tix at entry, while a Commander Pro Ticket grants you 100 Tix. You'll also get a registration number at the entrance, which allows you to earn 20 Tix per completed Commander round in the Commander Play Area. Plus, you can collect up to an additional 50 Tix daily by completing daily quests (get these tasks at the Admin Table).
Additional Tix can be earned through our Ticketed Play options.
What Can I Get with Tix?

100 Tix = 1 Collector Booster
Alongside boosters, the Prize Wall has various Magic: The Gathering products, MTG accessories, and exclusive items you’ll only find at Gamevasion, like our limited-edition event playmat.
Where Can I Get the MTG Commander or MTG Commander Pro Ticket?
Simply head to our ticket shop, select "Trading Card Games," and choose either a festival, day ticket, or add Ticketed Play.

Developed in Hannover, 5GODDESSES is now officially available—no Pay-to-Win, no boosters needed! All cards are illustrated by German artists, many of whom you can meet on the Artist Alley and get their signatures. With three strategic decks, the game offers plenty of deck-building options, perfect for both beginners and pros.
Experience 5GODDESSES live at Gamevasion: Game designer Arthur King will be there to introduce the game. Plus, on Sunday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., a special tournament with exclusive prizes awaits! Sign up for the tournament on-site and be sure to stop by the 5GODDESSES booth to get your card from the "Golden Box."
